Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the msg2agent API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

msg2agent provides a relay hub, MCP server, and associated APIs for agent-to-agent communication using W3C DID identity. The service includes message routing, API key management, and billing.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and organization name to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. Do not share them.
• You may not create more than one free-tier account per person or organization.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use msg2agent to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abuse the relay network.
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks against the relay or other users.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit malware or any code designed to harm systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data or agents.

5. Quota and rate limits

Each plan has a monthly message quota. Requests exceeding your quota will return HTTP 429. Quotas reset on the first day of each billing period. Unused quota does not roll over.

6. Billing and payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are in USD.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Refunds are available for the current billing period if requested within 7 days of charge.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if a paid subscription lapses. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, message delivery, or data retention beyond the period stated in the Privacy Policy. This is a home-lab deployment; use in mission-critical production systems is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date will reflect the last change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
